Hello all.
My new low pressure fuel pump has arrived, posted from Germany. The box says PIERBERG, and the number 1+ 7.50051.60.0 On the actual pump body it has TI Automotive, and just below that Poland?? I thought these were made in Germany.
It also has the number 19T149 Have I bought a copy?

Any thoughts on this welcome.

Cheers all.

Thanks .
Mind at ease. Feel that three weekends under the wheel arch is enough. Want to fit once and forget, So Mann filter to go with it.
They may both see me out!
Cheers Pals.

Fitted one three weeks ago is perfect no sound 370+ kPa. Be very careful on direction of the filter mark it down.

Hi websun.
The filter does have arrow as to direction of flow, but not the 'OUT' at the end. So.. check twice and hopefully fit once!
Thanks.. Tis a Great Web site this, Very Grateful.

Cheers

Hello all.
There is a lesson here, and one I thought I knew. Buying a Bearmach pump and filter from *bay sort of gave an impression of reassurance. Trans global. I really wonder if it as they say?
I have to say, Pierburg Pump and Mann filter = Silent running and Quiet and even tick over. all is well in the world. I would rather pay double the cheap than be stuck at the side of a Motorway in the middle of Winter.
Thanks to all that have been of assistance.
Ta Pals.
