I think Rosie probably does not care as the post is almost 3 Years old.

sorry i cant find a make then again if i looked harder i would ...it made by EZYTOWUK in Tamworth and its is heavy duty by no means i think it a great piece of kit, im just glad i waited and had a good look around,

@suggsey

This one then, put number into the bay of fleas.

Never heard of them, Personally I think I might go for a proven brand of pedal lock.

But do let us know what you think of it when fitted, is it a unit that stays in place and folds down or does it need to be removed completely?

Cheers

Ok for me as another anti theft device to slow down or stop the thieving scumb bags from purloining my vehicle

I like the look .. decent welding, decent lock, no frills, if it's decent steel plate it should be good, lets face it, the only moving part is the lock .. even Britpart do some decent none-moving parts!

Well I’ve had it a couple of weeks now and I’m very happy with it, and the great bit about it I’m now getting my biceps back, I’m going to weight it and let you know! This should make a bit more Chat!

The safe t pedal is certainly a strong piece of kit, we’ve got one on the missus’s 90.
I think the X Eng pedal lock is better as it stays attached to the floor, so you don’t have to store it in the vehicle when you are driving. I’ve got one in my 110. But it’s twice the price and needs holes drilling in the floor to fit it.

Well I think it’s a great piece of kit, again it won’t stop the professional thieves but it will at least stop the chancers, and at the price I paid for it to me I’m very very happy

Sweet, thanks for the update, may have to get one soon.

The only thing l can see wrong with that cheaper pedal lock (over the more expensive Safe T Pedal one that we have) is there is no protection plate on the end. So it’s possible to grab the plate from the right while fitted, any yank it sideways far enough to get bolt cutters or a cordless disc cutter behind and cut the bottom off the brake pedal.
So with the right tools the scumbags could have that pedal lock off in under a minute.

Your statement sounds good but I’m afraid it’s not viable, if by any chance you can “Yank” it sideways? To get any “Tool” under it to (I’m now laughing) cut off the bottom off the brake pedal would be difficult if not improbable,
(I’m now crying) and to do all this in under a minute, WELL I’m not going to say anything else. Apart from if you haven’t seen looked or actually have or own or know someone who has or inspected this pedal lock, why knock it, it’s a deterrent and I would put it alongside your “safe T Pedal anytime “ bring the expensive price down and they just might sell more, Ive looked at yours that’s why I purchased the one I have.!
