Paint Prep? Could do with some help!

Bought some Raptor, degreaser, primer, acid etch and all sorts ready to spray a few bits. Though got a couple questions...

I've sanded and keyed a few parts I want to spray, next step is getting them clean. I got some Upol System 20 though not 100% what I am supposed to do with it

Is it just a case of poor some into a pot and wipe down the various surfaces?
How long until I can spray the Acid Etch over the top? For example could I degrease the surfaces tonight then etch them tomorrow?
Does it need to be diluted or used neat?

Sorry for what are probably basic questions just never painted anything like this before!

Have you got Upol 20 fast or slow?
I used Upol 20 fast and it is very volatile. I used etch primer as soon as I got myself organised after wiping down with the Upol panel wipe. If you pour it out into a container a lot of it will evaporate before you get it used.

Upol slow as some of the bits ill be paint are quite large. Good pointer thanks!

If it's like panel prep, just wait until it's dry which may take longer than you think in the corners.
Have you got some tack cloth as well?
