p38 Passenger door lock

Todays problem is the front passenger door lock will not open with the remote. However it will open if you pull up the lever and will also lock all the doors if you press the button down.
All other functions of the remote and locks are ok.

Any ideas?

take the mechanism out and strip it, free it off and replace grease it up also!

Had the same problem , removed passenger latch and cleaned and greased and all was well then after a couple of weeks same problem so i got a new latch but its worth removing latch and cleaning ect

i did mine and its still functioning. its probably luck of the draw but its worth a try!
