P38 oil change

Hi everyone,
I am about to do an oil and filter change can i ask please which oil would be best for my P38 4.0 V8 2000 model ,yet again thanks for any help on this matter.

10w40 mineral oil. Simple engine, simple oil.

i agree,dont use synthetic or semi synthetic on this engine.just good old mineral oil.
