anyone know if there was ever a ncap crash test carried out on the p38
found the test for the l322 but cant find anything for the p38
came across the nissan navara test seems a death trap didnt even score 1 :)

i saw once the results of the p38 crash test it scored 4 stars over 5,in pedestrian test it failed and scored something like 15 over 16 with the comment that land rover must work better to achieve a better pedestrian test result, can't remember where i read it though.

Note required to pedestrians then. Do NOT walk out in front of vehicles in particular Range Rovers. You do NOT have right of way whilst crossing roads unless you are ON a pedestrian crossing or crossing a road a vehicle is turning into. Everywhere else vehicles have right of way. As the highway code says pedestrians should only cross the road "When it is safe to do so", which does not mean walking out and causing a vehicle to brake or take avoiding action.

PS as a matter of fact in the northern Irish RTA it is illegal for a pedestrian to cause a vehicle to brake or take avoiding action whilst crossing the road. J walking law. Why do we not have that here?

i have it if you walk out in front of me i run you over, i will then get out, and hit you with a big iron bar.. job done..lol

u must see in lebanon the traffic and pedestrians who cross the bloody HIGHWAY then when u hit the brakes or honk they will swear at u and give u the finger lol, they deserve to be hit by a range rover and have the "range rover" logo printed on their forhead, they r hazardous for themselves and for drivers....

In Germany in the 60's -70's and may still be for all I know the offence was
"Impeding the forward movement of traffic."....result ? You ran into somebody it was his fault for impeding the forward.....
