Have you got any diagnostics like a Nanocom. Without it you could change an awful lot of stuff trying to spot what is wrong.

If you have been running engine stationary to sort EAS that is where your fuel has gone. Reset the trip computer and go for a ride to get a true reading.

Mine also us a 99, auto. I have a friend with a none tuned and was getting around 18-20 mpg. An auto also.
Mines tuned only to the next up from standard around 160ish, tyres sizes are a real impact, I'd rather run 235's less road contact. My air filter is modified also along with an electric fan and larger inter cooler an 33average at 70mph. We live in the country so my round town is of no help really. Gearbox oil condition and filter. All good points to check. Filter especially air and fuel all help.
