landy's ya just gotta love em

i've only had it a few day's and it's marking it's territory already,just looked under it and the drop arm is p*** wet through any idea's before i start pulling bits off to check??

although not the only option, power steering fluid would be quite high on the list.

When mine started weeping I was lucky, it was the oil filter rubber ring. Being a feckin' monkey I must have tightened it too much and squeezed some of it out, which started to leak a few hundred miles later ... the resulting oil spillage somehow strayed to the front of the engine bay and onto the power steering, making me think I had a PS problem ... took a while to track down. Gotta be worth checking ..

cheer's guy's,oh and i'll make my appologie's now because there's probably gonna be lot's of questions on this motor from me if i can't find the answer's in a search.

i shall explain,i bought the disco off a friend who only ever used it for towing his caravan wich was probably 3-4 times a year there's alittle over 80k on the clock and it's averaged around 2 1/2k a year between mot's in the last 5 year's.

it's a bog standard 1997 gs 300tdi it got waxoil'd every year it's never been offroad apart from a caravan site so underneath is in mint condition
the body has a few obligatory paint blisters but that's it and i only paid a grand for it,any that's enough rambling i'll put some pics up later if they turn out ok off my phone.

p/s fluid,sorted now one of the banjo's was a little loose nipped it up tis ok now.
