Oil on the rear rims, what did I break

I snugged up the drum breaks in order to pass the yearly motor vehicle test. Forgot to loosen them up afterwards and now I have oil on both the rear rims. I think the rim and hub may have got super hot and damaged the seal.

The most probable cause for the oil everywhere is the seal on the hub leaked right? (Series 2a 109)

looks like it. Not a hard job to replace though.

Going to be the hub oil seal or the brake slave cylinder.

Wheel cylinders usually mess up inner wheels that’ll be the hub seals , is the breather clear

Yep, the breather is clear. I ordered a new hub seals.
