Hello, I've just bought a Disco 3 and want to take it off-roading. I'm new to it and am having difficulties finding legal routes/off-road locations in the North Wales/ North England area.
I'd appreciate if anyone can give advice or don't mind me tagging along on a day out. Based in Wirral.

Cheers

Cheers lads, where do you recommend? I wasn't intending on going alone, knowin' my luck I'll get stuck somewhere!

Welcome. It's best not to go alone anyway because 1. you may get stuck, 2. you may break down and 3. you may inadvertently go off piste - which will make you a very unpopular person:(

There are some great lanes you could try...the Wayfarer being one of the longest and least scratchy yet with lots of challenges. It is subject to a lot of abuse though so you really need to know you are on the right tracks.

Keep an eye out on this forum to see if any members are planning a trip or alternatively you could go on a guided trip - but that costs about £50 a day .
Consider joining GLASS (the Green Laning Association) as you will then get access to maps and some great advice.
