Nut size on a-frame ball joint

What size is the castellated nut on a 300tdi a frame ball joint? Biggest spanner i have is 25mm which is too small and i can't get a socket or adjustable on due to the shape of the bracket so need to buy a spanner tomorrow :)

just get a big adjustibal or a big rench so then ull have other uses for the spanner after you have finished this paticular job,,
 
You'd never get a socket in there!

Mine looked like a mother to get undone so I just left it and unbolted the top bracket from the frame arms. I only wanted to remove the axle, and the ball seemed ok, so i left it fitted.

Just read busters guide http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f41/frame-balljoint-renewal-110342.html, am gonna do it myself. Got a spare fulcrum and a couple of weeks till i fit the axles to my 90 so shouldn't be a problem. Buster says to torque the castellated nut but if i can't get a ratchet in there then there is no way in hell i'll get a torque wrench in there. roughly how tight should i do it?
