Northumberland getting hammered

I wonder if anyone can help.

I got woken up during the night on Tuesday by three scumbags trying to nick my 110. The worst part, they were driving a Mark 1(might have been a II) V8 discovery, light silver or white with black trim. This thing was souped-up and looked like it was used for green laning, it was mega loud and very fast.

One of the lads I got a glimpse of was around 5'10, medium build with mousy brown shoulder-length hair.

The police say that they are hitting Northumberland quite badly at the minute.

I'm thinking someone might have come across this car at some point.

Can you describe any more detail of the vehicle? It must be parked up at someone’s house (or caravan)

Ask the police to check ANPR locally if there is any. They should be able to identify the vehicle if there is any and the vehicle has number plates fitted.

Glad they didn’t get it though. Make sure it’s secure from now on, the chances are they’ll be back...

Does this look anything like the vehicle for sale not far from you.

Also Tyne and wear my defender was nicked last weekend.

Luckily the powers of facebook, and I manged to locate it within 12 hours and got it back.

A lot more protection going to be installed to protect it now but.....

I also have cameras installed so I have the pictures, and video of the guys who did it.

Protect your cars everyone its not worth losing them.

Put the video a pic's up. Someone will recognise them.

The police investigation is still ongoing so would not want it to effect that....

Bung a load of strobe lights connected to a secondary alarm with loud hailer underneath blazing out.

I've been told someone in the village has a good photo so will upload.

It's a lot more secure, shouldn't need to be, you move out of town to get away from the tow rags, pees me off.
