Non Starting 300tdi after lost keys

Morning all,

I have a Dsicovery 300tdi Non EDS pump, I recently lost the keys and fob, replaced with another Alarm reciever and fob plus new ignition barrel and door locks.

The problem im having now is that it will not start, the red key/car light is going out when i push the blipper as is the red led at the bottom of the dash and it is turning over. there is just no fuel coming out of the injector pipes.

Ive check the 3 wires going into what i believe to be the stop solenoid, 2 of them have 12v when the ignition is switched on, the other i guess is an earth? Im wondering if the stop solenoid maybe stuck since it has been sat for well over a week.....

Any input? or any idea on how to get the stop solenoid out?

No idea. But would be nice to know.
Mine has been on since i got mine. When it went in for the head gasket they tried to turn it off. And only succeded in maming it flash. Which is quite annoying.

Could it be down to an extremely weak battery?

The fob has never worked.
But the light flashes all the time. And the battery is fine, it starts on about then2nd crank.
