no sport mode or manual change on 2006 rrs supercharged

new to forum originally from surrey, no good but living in florida. USA FORUMS no good i guess they just take them to the dealers. any way have problem with trans, in drive works fine but no sport mode or manual mode and D drive idecater ligth constantly on even with ignition off and key out.
indicator on dash shows P ,R,N,D. when shifted.
did leave sunroof open the other day and it rained a bit,
any ideas befor I get shafted by the dealer.

Sounds like water has got in somewhere. I'd be checking for corroded contacts and switches in the area of the selector.

I seam to remember we have had this before were water got on the selector switch through an open sunroof, I think the answer was dry it out and clean with contact cleaner NOT wd40 .
