hello all my wife just got home and said there are no headlights? main beam works fine and message says bulb failure lh and rh is it usual for both to go at same time or could it be fuse? please help need it for work lol

we have a few cars in at work with both bulbs blown, they normally bring them in cause they think its going to be more than a bulb,

Not usual no. There's no fuse for the headlights. The current is monitored internally in the BeCM and is shut off if there's a short. It obviously also detects open circuits such as when the bulb blows. Is your missus the main driver? Is it possible one has blown previously and the message just ignored? (Or maybe hasn't come for whatever reason?)

she is the main driver but i drove it lastnight and all was fine shall i just replace the bulbs and see, if its not i have 2 spare i guess lol
