Hi

I’ve just bought my Freelander 2 2009 HST. I was wondering if anyone had any good websites for breakdown of schematics and general pointers of where things are within the car. I’m fairly technical but i want to be able to hold my own in a conversation with my garage and understand completely what’s going on with my car. If anyone has any pointers I’d appreciate it.
I want to locate the ECU and check the connections. I’ve looked on google but I was hoping some forum members had some good ‘new owner’ tips.

Hi and welcome to the forum! If you wander over to the introductions section you can tell us all about you and the vehicle you've bought!! And the obligatory pics!!
Is there a particular problem you're having that's making you want to check ECU connections?

Which ECU are you referring to?, as the FL2 has about a dozen (spec depending) control modules, scattered all over the vehicle.
@Hippo can give you lots of help, as he has the same vehicle IIRC.
