Hi, I am a new member here, I live near High Wycombe.
I am a car nut and have quite a collection of vehicles from modern to classic. I used to be into the series land rovers and rebuilt a couple of series 2a and 3's.
I have been left a 1994 Discovery and would like to recommition it.

Hi, just an update.
I have had all the engine belts, P gasket, water pump, fluids and tensioner changed, so now known the engine will be fine.
I'm having the transfer box seal done next week as it's leaking out.
We're going up north next week to visit family and having a refurbished headliner fitted.
The price seems really good for the service and really good reviews.
I have removed the stereo head unit and sent it off for refurbishment, just need to source new/ better OM type rear speakers. (anyone have any laying around or advice)
I'm slowly working through the car to bring it up to a usable standard after its long sleep.

Many thanks, we really like it.
You can just make out our Nissan Terrano 3.0 that we had for about 7 years. It was a fantastic vehicle and wanted for nothing, apart from servicing.
But when we got the Discovery, I just thought it was the one to keep.
