New member tc light

Hi I brought a 2004 td4 just before Christmas and have been beset with problems ,turbo boost control ,lack of power etc,etc sorted these reading these posts .have changed the turbo paper vent filter and pipes seems ok at the moment no blue smoke but engine is oily .but as it was standing for a while the handbrake was binding while trying to rock it back and forth the tilt control light is on permanently and no brake light .on checking the fuse it was broken so on replacement the lights went out for 1 minuet then broke the fuse again ,and again any ideas
