Yep a lot of good tips and stuff on here.
As for selling..... well you will need to hang around and be part of the family before you will be allowed to sell anything. simple rule 50 constructive posts.

You say “also” so what else you got?

Welcome. No joining just to sell, allowed. 50 constructive ( helpful informative, genuine problems, etc) required
Ebay , autotrader and gumtree , are useful for selling.
