I personally don't care about speed bumps, just tie everything down in the back
Though you've reminded me i need to get some clasps for the starting handle. That takes off...

I suppose it would depend how wide the speed bumps are, if you space it out wider than the bumps/humps then yes lol
Spacers will put extra strain on the wheel bearings or you could just slow down over them
