New car

Just picked up my 57 plate FL2 TD4 XS. Couple of questions on the audio system.

The manual shows two types of FM select button, one with just FM on it and the other with FM and DAB. My one has FM and Digital but it is not DAB. Anybody have an idea of the significance.

It has an Aux audio socket but I would prefer to connect the iPod so it can be controlled from the steering wheel controls. Is there any other documentation on the premium audio system available on line.

PS I have a Synergy2 and Pierburg MAF, anybody interested.

Digging around elswhere it would appear that for a while LR were offering DAB as an option but couldn't provide/didn't work.

Still doesn't explain why my actual unit has the "Digital" legend on the FM button and is not as per THE MANUAL.

Apparently Alpine have a proprietary M-Bus system but there is nothing to say it was included on the LR branded kit or it may be too old. It's a bit of a pain to get the radio out to look in more detail.
