Replacement bulkhead painted, sealed and in.

Timing belt done and new turrets.

Tub off next, then reassembly, which will be good fun in my "workshop".

That's as good as my workshop will ever be whilst we are in this house, I am afraid.
I have some brand new doors from Paintman and a soft top to fit, but those will be somewhere at the end of the list.
Removing that tub is going to need some manpower and I'm going underneath today to look at what needs to be removed first, then it's dash prep and reassembly, ditto seatbox, engine bay, lights, roll cage and paint.
You really are very welcome to come over and join the Lifting Crew...:)

There may be an historic reason for that. My neighbour was there long before the house that I am in was built and he tells me that there were some garages on this plot back then, so he may well have had to work around those at the time.

@Wolf Pack , re flue you could fit a new low level flue to boiler that doesn't need diy/bodge drain pipe affair. If condensing boiler a twin walled st/st flue would be the answer.

And excellent work on Land Rover...

At worst you could buy a second hand garden marquee jobbie to keep yourself and tratter dry. Or, knock up a HD wooden frame with sloping roof and cover with two layers of tarpaulin/dpm. This would be much lower cost and keep you both dry.

Today, I collected one of these from Machine Mart Peterborough, but I need to clear my garden and move a small shed - assuming the rain stops for long enough. £382.80, which is cheaper than they are selling for 2nd hand for some reason.
