need help with cam belt/ timing belt replacement 2.5l v6

I have a 2002 freelander with kv6 2.5 L engine and I want to change the cam belts and timing belt. Atlantic British did have a video posted about how to change these belts but I think that video is no longer available. Also some say the haynes manual has a good section on how to replace the belts. Is that true?..if anyone has a good video or a few pages from a manual to share I would be very grateful and even willing to pay for them...I am totally stuck at this point without a good guide. ..I did buy the timing belt tool kit...I just need some clear instructions...thanks!!

The belts aren't that difficult to change, but lots of stripping is needed.
Look at the link in my sig. There's a DIY belt change guide that I did some years ago.
