AARRGH my top engine mount bolt has snapped and my engine has dropped a bit and is vibrating on my under tray!!
The problem was is the top mount by the top of the cambelt area has 2 bolts which the bolt into a bracket which bolts to side of block,this bracket is only alloy and mine had a stripped thread so i cranked the bolt up tighter and all was well,however after bad vibrations i checked to find the bolt has snapped and engine has dropped,so i need the bracket which bolts to the block as it now has half a bolt stuck in it.
Does anyone know where i might find a bracket or is anyone breaking a freelander??Its a 2000 1.8 petrol model.
