A 4.6 petrol does not have glow plugs:confused: Maybe you mean spark plugs?
Is the smell of petrol?

Spark plug yes...No all the spark plug are ok, error form the MAF dose not apare.... No there is not dowsn with power... is all ok at this point In the morning i got a misfire but after that is all ok... This smell

The MAF may not throw an error, it depends on how it has failed or is failing. if the sensors are dirty then they may be measuring, just not measuring correctly.

The Mass Flow Meter measures the quantity of air, i can be measuring air, just not the right amount of it.

if you have diagnostics and can run live data, look at the reading for the flow of air. My porsche had a failed MAF, it didnt throw any codes but the KG/s reading was significantly down compared to a like for like comparison with another one.

Our silver P38 looks like it has a faulty MAF, i swapped out the MAF from the blue one yesterday, took it for a run and bingo ! runs like a dream now.

if you consider that the engine needs Fuel, Air and Spark.. and all interplay with the MAF, O2 Sensor and fuel metering. I'm not saying it definately is the MAF, only that you need to eliminate it from your fault finding. It may be it, It may be not.. it just sounds like it.

NB> Mind you i know someone who 'kippered' a car on someone once.. they tied a kipper to the exhaust with wire. That didnt smell too good !

Pushed up the exhaust pipe as far as it will go is better, back box has to be replaced to get rid of the smell. Kippers caused my first divorce, we were nicking them off the docks and I went home without washing my hands. The missus thought I had been unfaithful.:D:D:D

should have told her to sniff the end of your nose !

ok clicked on a few links.. first one... battery voltage at 7.8v ?? that's a problem..

also boost pressure.. is this from the diesel or the petrol i would take a wild guess at diesel seeing as a boost pressure is listed..

on the O2 sensors fault. it could be O2 sensors, MAF or poor spark plugs..
