No sun roof! Thats the perfect starting point.
Head gasket and dowels, ABS wiring mod, oil pump bolt, 2inch lift and then whatever you want to do to it.

Is it auto?

Hi yes it’s an auto with a full Land Rover history. I plan to turn it into a recovery vehicle. I have a set of wheels with khumo mud tyres to go on soon. It’s getting a 2” lift once this lockdown is over. Also front and rear steel winch bumpers with 12000lb winches. Got the amber recovery lights on order. Amber side markers, side bars and under body protection for awkward recovery’s off road and getting into fields etc. But of a slow project as to funds because that lot won’t be cheap. Going to do the diff lock modification aswell as it’s the model with no lock but the spigot is on the box ready. Also going to get it mapped.

I am so pleased to have found a model with no sunroof.

Ok so the start of the recovery project starts with the front amber flashing lights, same set of lights going on the rear too. Going to fit some side marker lights around the roof gutter too. Mud tyres going on soon and 2” lift. Going to change the rear tow bar for a receiver bar for different attachments including a winch attachment. Looking forward to getting my teeth really stuck into this one. Going to also have a discreet winch plate for the front and cut away the bumper to suit.

Turbo gauge fitted today. Other recent upgrades include amber flashing strobe lights front and rear, can radio, added some bullet type interior lighting front middle and boot, rear recovery point, usb point with volt reading built in. More stuff to do but that’s the little bits and bobs done. 2” lift going on soon and extended arches with 30mm wheel spacers

Looking good. Nasty crack in the windscreen though.

I know that ****ed me off a bit that when it happened. £100 excess on the insurance so going to book it on soon.
