my 300 lights and grill came today....

and i realised there not as easy as i was expecting to fit.

i thought the 300 lights went stright in the 200 or minor work was needed but no,

they fix in compleatly differant and dont fit in the hole. but one is in now after some work and will do the other tomorrow.

i fitted td5 headlights (same fixing as 300) into my 200, i cut the mounting panels out of a scrap shell and welded them in place. have done them before by cutting the existing panel and know its not the easiest task!

i only got orange ones for now as they all the bits came together.

i havent cut my panels i bent it slighty instead as it didnt need alot sounds worse but is better than cutting it would be hard to tell. i will take some detailed pics when i do the other side as its sure to help someone. i couldn find any good details about doing before i started.

i am a bit worried about the alignment for mot.
