MS Fault Code Discovery 2: When Changing Gear

Evening chaps. When I first got the disco II Automatic 1 year ago I kept getting the MS Flashing fault code and the car would go into limp power mode... this mainly happened when changing from Park to Drive/Reverse and Reverse to Drive. Something tells me it's something to do with my shifter lever...this stopped for around 6 months. If I turned the car off completely removing the keys and started again, but QUICKLY shifted into drive upon starting it would sometimes be normal again, until the gear was changed,

Its started to happen yet again.

Any ideas please?

xyz switch contaminated or worn out try shifting through full selection with shifter button pressed and engine off may turn lights off ,also search on here for more fix solutions
