Modded Hippo thread

I need some inspiration!!,as I want to do some mods to my Hippo.So can any of you guys please put some pic's up of your modded hippos.Also it will show the Tractor boys a thing or two!!!

Thats the latest photos I have, although the side 72W battens are now in and lift kit in the works. The rear now has a pull out shelf which has been vinyl'd up in black with the landrover logo.

Custom switch panel made up for the sunglasses holder, as the standard 4 switch one in the drivers knee hole wasnt enough. It now has been properly copex'd up and has a durite map light underslung through the hole.

A bars for pre facelift are rare as rocking horse **** with hens teeth inside! They do occasionally appear on ebay, but there are a load of facelift bars around.

Yeah, it's a TD4.....got the back box made at a local exhaust place, then painted it black.

205/80/16 tires with 40 mm spirng lift , Safety Devices Roof Rack with 4xHella luminators on front, 2x10W Led side work lights and one 22W Rear work light , Side protection by D.A.P Sliders.

I knew it wouldn't be long before mr moneybags showed up! That SD cage is looking good matey!

Yeah, it's a TD4.....got the back box made at a local exhaust place, then painted it black.

Thanks mate,did it cost much to have it made?This is one mod I have been thinking about for a while,as a guard just seems to lower the clearance even more!!

nice to hear , but my thread was killed by admins (attack page report), so there will be no more updates i think

Was £40, its mild steel as stainless is more likely to crack when using it offroad......yeah, I had a Mantec exhaust guard for a bit as my old back box got flattened on the bottom lol
