Maplins windscreen repair kit

Any one tried Maplins winscreeen repair kit ?

I used to repair screens years ago but we used to drill into the screen first and force the resin into the chip.

Any experience of these kits anyone please

I did a repair on a pajero I used to have, it'd kinda worked. Beware though that if it doesn't and you try to get it repaired bu a pukka firm they won't touch it ( least they would try mine )
