Manual pump conversion

Can anyone help with sourcing a throttle pedal to go with a planned EDC to manual pump conversion? on my 1996 Disco 300Tdi. Possibly wanting to convert rear leccy windows to manual also, going back to basics. I'm mid move to Arizona and will be future proofing over the next couple of years in between travelling back and forth. I've just spent every day of the last 3 weeks laying underneath Landy, stripping old underseal and rust with an angle grinder and flap wheel. Treating what was left of the rust then priming (using Buzzweld/Corroless primer) intermediate coat of Corroless glass reinforced paint, then topcoating everything that doesn't move, with Buzzweld chassis black. Then 3 cans of Corroless CCI 400 cavity wax. No, I don't work for the aformentioned, just seems like it works, time will tell, although Arizona desert will not hurt, I still have about 5 years of blighty weather to contend with.
