Hi, I have also posted this in the general Land Rover Forum. I am new to the forum and after some help please. I have a 2007 puma 2.4 and get the error code of p0100, Mass or Volume Air Flow "A" Circuit. The engine runs normal, no stalling, sluggishness, decreasing power or lower fuel economy etc. Have cleaned the sensor, changed the air filter, checked for any holes/leaks in the connecting pipes. Have changed the connector to the sensor as some wire were exposed. All to no avail. Have now changed the sensor but still having the same problem of error code. Don’t know if this is any help. After clearing the error I go for a drive and the warning stays off. After a few more short drives the warning light comes back on but not during the drive only after I have turned on the ignition. I have read about the MAF on this forum but does not seem to fit my problems. Please can anybody help as my local defender garage is a Marshalls and they charge a fortune. Thanks in advance Steve

Sorry I can't add anything to help but I'm keen to see if you are able to sort it as I have exactly the same problem and symptoms as yourself. It will clear and stay off for a few drives and then come on when the ignition is turned on???

Hi, have fixed the problem. It was the wiring loom. It had chaffed/rubbed in a few places which caused the MAF readings. You need to take the loom tape off and just check for signs of wearing and repair the area/s. Mine had two areas of wear. Hope this helps. Regards Steve
