So the time has finally come around and tickets are now on sale for our second gathering, Landyzone11.

!Tickets available here!

For those of you who came last year, you know that it was a great weekend with great facilities and a fantastic atmosphere, lets hope that this one is bigger and better.

With this being the second gathering we have managed to learn a little from last year and I want to explain a bit about the ticket pricing for this years event.

There are 2 tickets available for the weekend, A full weekend ticket and an extra adult weekend ticket.

The full weekend ticket covers entry for the whole weekend based on a vehicle camping, or with a caravan and 2 adults, kids go free!
The extra adult ticket is for any of the above vehicles which have more than 2 adults. We are paying the camp site by units so this is the sensible way of ticketing.
Last year we had more choice of tickets but we want to encourage people to join us for the weekend rather than just the day, hence the new tickets this year.

The plan this year is to have all of the facilities that we had last year, providing that we sell enough tickets (the price is based on 100 tickets being sold so quite a tall order) If we are short of this within a few weeks of the event we may have to look at changing some of the facilities for less expensive alternatives. Contrary to popular belief, this event far from paid for itself last year and Landyzone unfortunately doesn't have the cash to support it without you guys buying tickets.

For those who are interested, below is a basic breakdown of last years costs..

Cost:-
Stanford Hall cost (including 1 Marquee, Showers and Toilets) £2232.00
Food, Coffee etc and BBQ £856.58
Fuel for Generator and Gas £118
Wrist Bands £38
Total Cost £3244.58

Income
Tickets £866
Food and coffee etc £780
Total Income £1646

We think that we had 100 people (50 units) so the cost split between them is £32.44 per person. The shortfall was £1598.58 and it hurt quite a lot, this can't happen again hence the increase in ticket prices. Even with the new prices we have to cut costs on some things which people are working on.

Hopefully nobody is reading this as a sob story, the intention is to try to show why we have the price increase.

So if you want to be there and be a part of it, get your tickets bought!
