Lt77 swap question

Hi Gents, does anyone know if an LT77 from a V8 Disco will fit a 300TDi Defender lump or what needs to be done to it to make it fit - as its a swap for an existing LT77 I would hope that any bits needing swapping could come off the old one

disco and rrc gear boxes and defender v8 are the same length as defender r380 ,as engine 3200 tdi and v8 normally sit forward in engine bay,rrc longstick would fit in but would need diesel bell housing and spigot bush made up ,all other disco or rrc boxes would need internal parts swapping to be of use
