LR Tdv6 and Peugeot hdi differences

There is one discovery 3 for sale and it is quite cheap, but its injectors has been leaked and cranksbearings are done. There might be some damages in pistons, crankshaft and in cylinders. So it needs a new engine. New engine costs a lot and it would be cheper to buy peugeot 607 with 2.7 hdi than working LR 2.7 tdv6 engine.

So does anyone know if the block or engine is same? Land rover has one turbo charger?? And peugeot has two turbos. But are cylinder tops, bellhousing bolt pattern etc same?
