low range problem

while driving on wood roads in low range for about 5 miles stopped for a while turned and drove on for 1000 feet and wheels locked up and engine stalled had hard time to shift out of low range when it did shift to high range and drove home, no noise, now when I shift into low range it will not move.any suggestion before I take out transfer case?

Was the road surface slippy? If not you may have wound up the transmission, try jacking a wheel off the ground....

Road was slippery I tried jacking up wheels still will not move in low range but is OK in high range
