Looking for a range rover

Hello,

Im new to this and don't have a clue what im looking for. I am looking for a Range Rover with not to fused what engine has my insurance is all coming out at around £1200 a year for 2.5td or 4.6 v8 which i can live with at 22 lol Im looking to spend around £3k not a lot but was wondering what to look out for and what would be the best engine to go for as i really dont have a clue.

Diesel probably would be your best bet. 4.6 probably has most issues with cyclinder linings, etc. ALL will have problems with the fancy suspension, and everything is electric, so some of that is bound to go wrong too. Best bet is probably to get a Classic. Wish i did now. Got a Classic parked next to me in work and it looks better somehow....
