locking bolts for tappet sleeves

Hello,

In the rebuild process on turners website, they say they use locking wire on the locking bolts for the tapet sleeves.

Is this common practice or can i just use a version of lock tight? I cant remember the bolts having wire on them when i undid them......

just use loctite only early ones used wire the rest a locking compound like loctite

thanks for that, i assumed it would be ok with medium strength loctite but thought it best to check
