Lockdown project series 3 - disco chassis

Hello all,

I was hoping for a bit of advice on a gearbox question - I have been advised that a R380 Stumpy bellhousing gearbox would marry up to the 300 TDI engine I am looking to drop in, having seen pics of the gearbox, it was not obvious (to me at least) how you would select 2 vs 4 WD, or High / Low ratio. Is that another bit of kit needed?
