Lock barrel removal?

Hi Everyone I have a major problem p38 the lug on the end of the lock barrel has sheared off the one that takes the rod from the barrel to the locking mechanism have got the handle off and the lock out the handle but cant see how to get the lock barrel out I assume I need a new lock and then put the old barrel into it any ideas big mess afraid
