Leakin sunroof

Hi All, After reading up on the site about fixing my leaking sunroof I am going to have a go at fixin it myself this weekend, any one any advise on the correct way to remove the interior roof paneling without causing any damage on my 2001 Disco ES? please excuse me I am new to this tinkering with motors game so any advise anyone can give will be greatfully recieved.
