leak

Hi
whilst checking for leaks on the turbo related pipes(down on power big time) i notice one of the linkages on the drivers side was wet the one almost underneath the starter anyhoo its connected to what appears to be a cylinder or something, higher up and this is where the weep is coming from... any ideas??

A photo of the pipe and surrounding area might help give us a clue
