LASER RUST REMOVAL (HAND TOOL)

I’ve seen this before and forgot about it, now I really really want one!
There is a great business opportunity there somewhere ( rust removal workshop ), but sadly, by the time you’ve finished paying for the tool it’ll have dropped dramatically in price.

be a cheap Chinese version on ebay soon, (torch and brillo pad) :p

Thats a bit harsh!
Here a picture of a land rover that was given the laser treatment to the chassis.
Came out quite well I thought wings look ok, and appears it must have had a spot of rust on the chassis, nothing that wont clean off with a wire brush of course.:D
 
It’s not the head that’s the problem. It’s the road compressor sized body that runs it.
You’d need another garage just to house it.

Yep, looks good to me, i will go halves on one with you :)
i will pop round on my unicorn to give you my half of the money o_O :D
 
The other problem is it won’t touch anything with the remains of paint or oil on it.
You can see in the video that each piece is obviously spotless before allowing to oxidise.
The large shackles that have some other detritus evident ain’t shown coming out perfect.

i take it back, i will be not popping round on my unicorn to give him half the money, thanks for letting me know of this gismos traits :D
 
Just ordered this Flux Core Capacitor, according to the instructions it will take your car back in time to when it was new, its from china so its bound to work and be of high quality! As with most things from china on ebay it comes with two usb sockets, and a 2 month delivery time.

You need it coz you can’t use a Co2 laser. Tas t be a diode pulse jobby.
It’s an easy way to defuse it on shiny mecul so it stops turning stuff to plasma.
A pulse laser head can be had for a grand so with a little jigery pokery with helecrtonicals and your Aldi genny all could be a go go.
