I know you all know this already but I just want to say how brilliant this forum is! I had a real problem this weekend needing parts urgently for my poorly 90. I posted late last night and got responses even later so that I awoke this morning to a very generous offer for urgent help! I followed this through and have all the parts without having to wait for shops to open on Tuesday.
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all of your help and assistance, it is so easy just to take without acknowledging the community which exists, maybe it is just a land rover thing (just like the wave) that by purchasing a land rover you buy into an ethos which says a lot about you as an individual. This got very deep very quickly but is just my way of saying a big thank you to the kindly soul (you know who you are!) who helped me out, as well as all of you friendly and knowledgeble folks on the forum. I really mean it that if I can assist you in the future please let me know.....I will certainly be spending much more time on here!
