they often fail to maintain them when they are coming up for decomissioning so keep a reserve pot of cash back just in case. I bought mine with a cracked head.

he wants 4200 for it, what do you think, can a seat be fitted in the rear?

The lockers intrude into the wheel box area in the rear tub. You then have a solid wooden or steel bulkhead seperating the load area from the seating area. If you put a seat in the back whoever occupied it would be cold and lonely. It would also mean you are limited to how much gear you can carry and still get the rear passenger in. If you are planning on needing the rear seat I would say it's a no no. If it was for occasional short journey type emergency use then I would say yes it's worthwhile. You can rip the inside of the lockers out to give a normal rear tub space if ya like, Or alternatively remove the rear panels and sell em on ebay and then fit standard van type panels. I've been keeping my eye open for a roller shutter rear panel to fit an 88". They are rare as rocking horse poo and I sure as hell aint gonna buy one new.

these ones wont be good for seats
