Getting sway when towing caravan. Tyre pressure suggested on plate is 32psi should it be more fully laden?

Pressure sounds about right to me. Assume it is a single axle? Try to put anything heavy low down and over the axle (middle of the floor) load it so the nose weight is about 75kg (11 ish stone) failing that put a stabiliser on

What vehicle is it, and how much download (nose weight) is on the tow ball?

I stick with 32psi on my FL2, but the tyres are heavy duty rated.
I run my caravan’s tyres at 50psi.

What does the tyre data sticker say the pressure should be?
What nose weight is on the tow ball? Correct nose weight is critical for decent stability.
