Hi all. Never been on a owners site before but Just bought a Disco 2, 4 litre V8 ESi to tow a trailer and horse, and it broke down on the way yesterday to get it serviced when it cut out twice without warning. The shop have advised me of the probable fault, ( Sensor to the crank shaft) and now I've actually found others on here who have had the same fault on the same disco model. Brilliant site I have to say from what i've seen so far and looking forward to using it to learn a s much as possible .Now wondering why I have never had a Land rover before, . Looking at doing some off road stuff etc when possible as a whole new world appears to await us LOL.
