just go a disco

hi can enayone help i got a disco yesterday its a 300 tdi on a m plate

now that i have had a play about with it and see wot works av got a wiring problem theres no power going to heater the heater and the windows or the window wipers but the screen wash dus work

av checkt all the fuses that a can find and there fine

has enayone got enay iders thanks

a got the one under the stering wheel and the one under the bonet and all the fuses are good am thinking a earth fault or the mice have been at it
but am still looking for sujestions plees

common fault with windows can be ecu under glove box ,wiper motor under front panel below wipers you need to remove wipers and nuts behind + 1 bolt in middle 2 x clip at ends

I guess your heater is foked, pain of a job to replace, the whole dash has to come out...

your windows are a common fault, as said above, can be just the switch, the ecu, the motors... loads of options there

Easy to replace a heater fan and motor if it was found faulty, it can be seen from the pasenger footwell. Switches are also easy to access.

av had a look to day and av got a fuse that keeps plowing for the windows and theres just a clicking sound from under the glove box when a thurn the key sp am thinking a must have a bare cable or sumthing ?

The clicking sound will be a relay operating.

Yes. So long as it only clicks once when you turn that circuit on or off. If it's clicking continuously it's faulty.

asee thanks for that it just clicks onece and fuse no 16 just keeps blowing .

so am thinking its a dash out job but a hope not enay other sugestions are apreshated thanks
