just as you think your td5 is running good

somebody asked me 3 days ago hows your car running as I allways get seen working on it ..my reply was yeah its running good had no dramas

yesterday she decided to pump out transmission fluid
awesome here is where I'm up to
she decided to blow out a gasket on the rear of the tranny

turned out to be a easy job.but painfull job I have used mussels that I never knew I had trying to lift in the transferbox on my own
I did need an extra pair of hands though to balance the transferbox on a trolly jack while installing
the hole job was done on the ground in a drive port could not jack up vehicle to gain height as I had 20mm clearance from the roof

now the job is done ..

bring on the next oil leak ..I have figured companys are still making oil so the next leak can keep on leaking

it appears I may of damaged the transferbox oil seal on install ..I now have gear oil leaking out the tell tail between the box and transmission

but I'm in denial I keep telling my self I have over filled it LOL
