Hello, One of my children who is learning to drive drove with my defender 90 a short distance(30 yards) with the hand brake on. Now it shudders and vibrates when driving. Any ideas on what's happened? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

check hand brake drum turns freely,brake might be jamming on

+1 on handbrake stuck on. Handbrake drum may require disassembly to check no damage has been done, simple enough to do.

I second that, they jump like a kangaroo with the handbrake on.

Lol, that big long thing sticking out the back of them. I'm in Flamingoland at the moment, I'll take another look later.
